Netflix confirmed today it has laid off approximately 150 primarily U.S.-based staffers as it works to rein in costs as its top-line growth has slowed down. It seems like many of those let go were in creative departments, including in original content.

SoftBank-backed Picsart has laid off 90 employees (around 8% of its workforce) a company spokesperson told The Information. Picsart, notes the outlet, is at least the third SoftBank-backed firm to cut staff, following Cameo, which cut a quarter of its staff last week, and Reef Technology, which cut 750 employees earlier this month.

Dusty Robotics, a robotic solution provider for the construction industry of Mountain View, Ca. has raised $45 million in Series B at a $250 million valuation.
SF startup Flexspace, a company that provides clients with flexible and collaborative workspaces, announces a $6M seed round to extend on-demand workspace products.
